I’ve been in love with analog film since discovering a dark room in my highschool photography class back in 2009. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, i’m currently based in Portland, Oregon and willing to travel for your creative portraits, weddings, branding, and any other wild concepts. Proudly cultivating safe spaces for queer and BIPOC folks to express themselves and their love.
Probably reading, hanging out with my dog, learning a new skill, collecting weird little trinkets, and nerding out over films. My costume closet is insane ( not only because I have to stay prepared for Mardi Gras every year), but because I love to source and collect vintage clothing to style for photo portraits! While bringing a little bit of whimsy and playfulness to my art, bright colors and creative story lines are other themes strongly represented in my personal work.
I am dedicated to the art of 35mm and medium format film. It brings genuine soul to my images in the form of happy accidents and thoughtful framing. It feels the way you felt, sometimes dreamier. The beauty and labor of process. Through weddings and elopements, I love to explore my documentary style skills on film as well. Occasionally, I go hybrid to include digital.
